My name is Anita Celebic, and this is my 6th year playing volleyball and 4rd year playing club. I have a passion for volleyball and no one could take that away from me. I am dedicated and I always want to play. I find myself very positive and supported while pushing myself to be the best I could be. I am a very coachable person and I'm always trying to improve my skills, whether it's in the high school gym or a club volleyball tournament. I understand that if I do not work hard enough I will not make it to the top, so everyday I have to work harder than everyone else, play harder than everyone else, and also think smarter than everyone else. Everyday is a day to improve.
My goal as a volleyball player is to keep pursuing this passion and to keep pushing myself until I get to the highest level I could be. My dream is to play competitive volleyball and the only way that will happen is if I continue being the positive person I am and also believe in myself while putting in the hard work. Volleyball is not only a physical game where the strongest team wins, but it is also a mental game where if you don't believe you could win then you will never win. After my college experiences I hope to be able to share my skills with others. I'm very interested in helping others, especially if it were to do with volleyball. Volleyball is my sport and without it there is no me.
