I am hoping to attend a university where I will be able to continue participating in volleyball while pursuing my degree in electrical engineering. My passions include softball, volleyball, photography, and spending time with friends and family. My parents have always been my biggest supporters and have helped mold me into the person I am today. My family is very close, I have a brother that is two years younger than me and an identical twin sister. Even though I am a twin we are both very different. I like to do my own thing. Being a twin has taught me to be a team player and how to share the spotlight. I'm a very passionate person; I tend to be a leader, but am always a team player. I work hard to improve myself and others. I am respectful to my teammates and my coaches, but can be aggressive when needed. I consider myself a skilled softball player, I was MVP player of the year for batting and fielding for my school varsity softball team. I have been on varsity all my four years and last year I was starting second basemen. I had only three errors and a batting average of 426. I have been playing softball my whole life and I play it all year long by playing travel and school ball. Academically, I am enrolled in the Highland Springs High Tech Academy for engineering, which has me dual enrolled in Virginia Commonwealth University. I will graduate from the academy/VCU program with 28 college credits. Before tech I was enroll in the center of Communications and Media Relations where I learned to interview and write articles. I have taken several AP classes and my current GPA is a 3.38. Along with my involvement in school softball and volleyball. I am also involved in TSA and yearbook. I also take the time to volunteer at the Varina Youth Sports to better the younger generation which is something I love to do. I love softball and I would love to continue playing it.
