My name is Annalise Pudimott, and I am 16 years old. I am a junior at Mountain View High School in Stafford, Virginia. As a freshman, I made the varsity softball team, and I started most games at second base. In my sophomore year, I played mainly in the outfield and received a 2nd Team All Districts award. I also play for the Team Virginia Mizuno 16u team. I have been playing travel ball since I was 8 years old. Before travel I played recreational softball as well. As a player who has competed at high levels, I have learned that confidence can be earned when you are successful.
My academic goal for high school is to obtain an International Baccalaureate (IB) diploma. The IB program is the hardest academic program at my school. I have always been a great student, and I like to push myself to take the most difficult classes instead of the easy ones. In college, I want to major in Biology, Chemistry, or Biochemistry and then go to medical college .My goal is to become a pediatrician.
As an individual, I am very persistent. I always have a goal and work to achieve it. I am also very cooperative. I get along with everyone and do a great job listening to my peers . These attributes have helped me tremendously on and off of the field. I hope to continue to play fastpitch softball at the collegiate level, and I also expect to maintain the highest academic standard. I believe that these are the qualities that any coach looks for in a student athlete, and if given the chance, I know I will make an impact on your program.
