As a softball player I would practice playing volleyball in the backyard with my older brother, who played in high school and for a year in college, it felt natural and I never wanted to put down a volleyball when I realized how much I loved it. Changing sports was the best decision I've made and I can't imagine not playing volleyball. My goal is to take the sport as far as I can with my next step being college. I am very interested in going to school outside of Virginia with interest of in as well. I will continue to push myself and stay focused to reach my goals.
I was born in Florida then moved to Arizona where I lived with my family for 12 years, in 2019 my father was transferred to D.C. and we moved to Virginia. I have three siblings: my older brother, a senior at Northern Arizona University, an older sister who's in her first year at Germanna Community College in Virginia and lastly a little brother who is an incoming freshman in high school at Mountain view High Schools where I currently attend.
My number one priority at this time are my academics. I am the type of person who sees something and does everything they can to achieve it. So one of my many goals in high school is to finish with an advanced diploma earning only A's and minimum B's, so far I am still on track. In college I am wanting to obtain my bachelors degree then continue my studies after to become a malpractice lawyer.
