My name is Maggie Lyons and I have loved softball since I first started playing at age 9. I have enjoyed playing soccer, basketball, volleyball, competitive swim, and horseback riding, but nothing compares to practicing and working as a team on the ball field. My favorite part of softball is the teamwork and the relationships that develop.
I pitch and play first base and I love hitting oppo line drives. I am a huge Star Wars fan, and I also volunteer as a counselor in training at an overnight summer camp in Sandy, OR, Camp Namanu. I would like to continue playing in college, where I hope to study aviation and pursue a career as a pilot.
