Personal Statement

I believe I am a good candidate to play collegiate level ball because of my work ethic. I always strive to be the best I can be, whether it be in the classroom or on the softball field.  I have an open mind because I know there is always room for improvement. I'm a grinder and I never settle for less.

On the softball field I am very aggressive while I'm up to bat, running the bases, and on defense.  I can play several positions at a high level because I've learned the fundamentals for each one.  My coaches have told me one of my best traits is my athleticism.  I have speed and can also hit for power.  I have a good feel for the game, and know what to do in any given situtation.

The main reason why I want to go to college is to further my education and provide a path for a successful career. My main focus is always on my education, even before softball. But like softball, I am always striving to do my very best, and it is reflected in the classroom.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
