As an athlete, I like to have team ethics and build trust and support with my teammates but also to be the best player that I can be. What makes me a good candidate for your team is that I am a good listener and very easy to work with. I always look forward to receiving feedback after my performance to help me get better as a player. My goal is build a bond with all of my teammates because playing softball is always better with your friends. I am also very helpful when it comes to setting up the field before practices or games to tearing down the field afterwords. What sets me apart from other athletes is that I am hard worker and even when I do make errors I just brush it off and move on to the next play. One of my main goals is to keep my school work in order by keeping my grades up and asking for help in class.
