I played softball for 3 years, starting at the age of 9. I quit for about 2 years while I was in the process of moving from South Carolina to West Virginia. I picked back up playing when I was 13 years old. I played 16U spring recreational softball and went straight into travel softball that summer. I followed that season with 16U fall recreational softball. The following spring, I was a freshman in high school, so I played junior varsity softball for my high school. I played travel softball that summer and fall softball again that year. My sophomore year, I started varsity for my high school in right field. I took a summer off for travel softball, but played that fall. My junior year, I started in left field and was recruited to play on the West Virginia Renegades travel softball team. This summer, I play left and center field for this team.
In the classroom, I maintain a high GPA and work hard to keep my grades up. I enjoy helping with student council, as a member at large, and am very involved with my school. I am a member of Philip Barbour Young Life, a group for teenagers created to enrich the youth more about Jesus Christ and who He is.
