Hello! My name is Lexus Kirkpatrick, and I am a competitive softball player looking for a good college/university where I can play softball and get a good education. I am currently a Senior at Greenfield High School and live in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I am a pitcher and I play 2nd and 1st base. I have played outfield when needed as well.
I am really proud of my most recent accomplishment, having been chosen for the Miami Stingrays Gold (Gators Team) as a pitcher. Coming from Wisconsin to an Miami college exposure team was my goal, and I'm looking forward to this opportunity.
I was able to play for the Varsity team as a freshman, and won twenty out of twenty five games of our season. I have been playing softball since I was 4 years old. I have played for a variety of clubs, and am currently playing for the MIAMI Stingrays GOLD, Flordia U18 team. We practice pretty much year round except for the high school season. In addition, I take pitching lessons from Ken Stilley (Zion, Illinois) and Roanna Blazier (Milwaukee, Wisconsin). I also was invited and often practice with the BERVERLY BANDITS (Bill Conrad, Illinois) In addition to my solid skills on the field, I have a strong bat, currently holding a .769 batting average, with 3 over-the-fence homeruns in one game, 4 in-field homerun, 6 triples and 3 doubles.
In my spare time, I like to go to the movies, hang out with my friends and spend time with my family. In addition to playing softball, I am a competitive swimmer, and swam on the Varsity squad as a freshman. Some of the awards I won in swimming include medals in the 100 relay, breast stroke and 50 free events. In addition I won the 2010 State Wisconsin Wrestling Federation.
I look forward to hearing from you!
