Hello coach(es),
My name is Ashley Plapp and I love playing softball more than anything in this world. It has been a constant in my life and is my outlet to escape this world. My entire softball career, I have envisioned myself playing softball in college . In college, I want to be pushed athletically, but more importantly academically. I am looking for a good pre-med program as well a healthy Christian group I can join. I want more than anything to continue my walk with the Lord into college. Although sometimes I can be a little competitive, I always push myself and my teammates to be the best. I also carry this into everything I do in life. Last year, I was a starter on the Varsity Softball team at our school. I was also named team MVP as well as First Team All-Conference, Second-Team All County, and was just a couple votes shy of earning Conference MVP. I also play basketball on the JV level, but am just playing to get in shape and learn some new skills. Recently, I was just inducted into the National Honor Society. I am in all Honors classes and one AP class, but I still manage to have straight A’s. I have been on the honor roll for the past 6 years as well. Thank you so much for reading my statement and I hope you take me into consideration.
