My name is Mackenzie Rodriquez; I am a junior at Bradley Tech High School located in Milwaukee Wisconsin. I plan to major in nursing and minor in Manufacturing after High school. The purpose of this statement is to express my desire and passion for softball at the next level. Softball gives me many opportunities to connect with many different players and meet with many great coaches who I now look up to as my role model. I was never into sports until I tried softball my freshman year. Now I’m a committed athlete and my goal is to play softball at a college level. Being apart of a team creates life long bonds, teamwork and personally builds my character. I always push myself to the next level and like to try new things even if it’s difficult. For example, I take a AP English and a honors algebra course, which is harder and a higher class then the regular English and algebra 11 classes. I manage to get the work done every time. This is why I LOVE and enjoy softball because softball is not a easy sport. You have to push yourself out of your comfort zone and push yourself past the limit. Softball is about timing and team work which everyone is not capable of that, but I am.
Thank you for taking your time on reading my profile.
