Coaches,
I am Emily DeMaster from Oostburg, Wisconsin and my primary position is Catcher, but my athleticism and knowledge of the game have allowed me to play every position as a utility player also. My aspiration to become a Meteorologist is a very important part of my recruiting process and atmospheric sciences and meteorology are the major I want to pursue. I have a background in many different sports including motorsports at a national level, varsity and club volleyball at a national level with my team regularly competing in the USAV national volleyball tournament, varsity basketball, and bowling. These experiences shaped me into the person I have become today with those sports teaching me how to deal with adversity, continue to strengthen my mental toughness, and how to make people around me better as well as continue to learn more about myself. These challenges and experiences have also helped me in the classroom helping me to a 4.022 GPA and being on high honor roll through middle and high school.
Thank you, and I hope to talk to you soon,
Emily DeMaster, 2021, Catcher/Utility
