2018 Highlights Personal Statement
I am a very focussed student and athlete. academics is very important to me and reaching my professional goal of completing a combined degree in education and psychology. I would love to do this while playing basketball at the next level. I am a 6’0 versatile player. I can play many positions from shooting guard to post. I have a quick first step so have success beating my check to the hoop as well as strong post moves. Defensively I am quick as well.
I have been playing. On Medicine Hat High Schools Senior Varsity basketball team since I was in grade 10. My team has competed at the 4A provincials the past 2 years.
Personally I have been involved with basketball Alberta’s Center for performance program as well as team Alberta select camps. My club season I have Played for the university of Lethbridge U17 team which competes in PEBL (Prairie Elite Basketball League) against other prairie universitiy e prospect teams. I also play club ball for the Medicine Hat Renegade basketball club.
