Dear Prospective Coach,
My name is Sierra Labuwi. I am a 5'8, 140 lb. shooting guard for the Arizona Pride 17u top Adidas team. I just finished my junior season for high school at Cactus Shadows High School, where I was leading scoring on my team, averaging 15 points a game. My team won our region and made it to the state quarter finals. I was awarded second team all -region.
Along with basketball, I am also involved in academics. This year, I have a total of 6 classes. 3 of them are honors classes and 2 of them are AP. My sophomore year, I had a 4.3 GPA. This year I have a 4.1. I want to attend a school that will push me athletically as well as academically. I plan to major in Business and Marketing.
As I enter my senior year at Cactus Shadows High School, I am not sure what career path I will follow at this moment. I know that with the right college opportunities, a supportive coach and the love of my family I will be a success on any campus that I have the privilege to learn, grow and play basketball for in the near future.
