Haley Singer '24 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Haley Singer. I am 18 years old,  currently a Senior at Page High School in Page, Arizona. 

I have always had the passion for basketball, among many other talents that I possess.  While growing up, basketball has always been an outlet for me physically and mentally. I have played the sport my entire life. Mostly due to the fact that I was taller than most children my age. My parents saw that I had potential and began teaching me the game of basketball.   

I personally keep my goals and dreams separate. My goal in life is to first obtain my high school diploma, get a full ride scholarship to play basketball, and then progress and obtain my bachelors degree in Biology. All while playing basketball at a DI, DII, or DIII level. I eventually want to continue going to school to become an Anesthesiologist or play for the WNBA. 

I know that I have potential when it comes to many things. When I play sports, not just basketball, I am very aggressive in what I do. I designate my full knowledge of what I know into what I do. I know that many people at my age are not aggressive players. I also know there are very few people that can be taught something and demonstrate it on the spot. I am a fast learner, I can retain information given. Ultimately, I am a team player. I enjoy working with others and being a leader. I like encouraging and pushing others to meet their full potential, as well as mine.
