Four years ago I became interested in the sport of basketball and immediately fell in love with the grittiness of the game, but I was far behind the rest of my competition. To get to where I am today, I have had to break through many walls, starting off as the inexperienced and last player off the bench. Each time I enter the gym I want to leave knowing that I was the hardest worker that day. I feel that I grew most as a player because I was far behind the other girls, it pushed me to focus in, set my goals, and work to achieve them and pass the players I looked up to in the beginning. 

Basketball has taught me a lot about commitment, sacrifice, teamwork, and leadership. I am fortunate to be apart of an amazing program that has taught me how to grow as a person and a player and to focus in on becoming a solid guard capable of playing at the next level. I strive to be the best every time I step on the court and to lead my club ball team and brand new school program to success and to one day play college basketball. I am looking for a program that will fit me athletically as well as academically. As a 3 year captain I believe that I have not only the talent, but also the work ethic and leadership skills to play for your team!
