Hello! (2018)
I am a hard-working, one hundred percent dedicated player who has played since I was ten years old. As a freshman I have made the Varsity Girls Basketball team (the only freshman) and have found a patience in the fact that I am not a starter. I have a set time I can play per game, but with my hard effort have begun to play more and more. When offered, I was told I wouldn't play the entire game and have taken this challenge with stride and feel every player on the team is a valuable asset. I hope to play basketball at the collegiate level, while pursuing my goal to become a Physical Education Teacher.
Thank you,

Hello,
Now, as a starter and playing more positions on the court, I have found solace in my previous year. Although I gained patience, I couldn't wait to get off that bench for my 8 minutes! This year I focused more on passing the ball when in the Point Guard position and found a greater joy in team success, rather than individual. With the few points I made this year, I feel I've grown immensely as a team player. This year 8 of the 12 players on my team graduated and even through I'm sad to see them leave, I'm excited for the upcoming season with a young team and look for higher achievements next year!
