Growing up as an Asian-American basketball player, younger and smaller than the rest, I’ve always had to prove myself as a leader on the court and to not be overlooked. My desire for learning and continuing to expand my knowledge allows me to embody the term, “scholar athlete”, and highlights my unique basketball IQ, being a three-time leading scorer and playmaker in high school and club seasons.
Since age seven, it has been my dream to play collegiate level basketball as well as excelling in academics to set myself up for a successful career. In order to make this come to fruition, my strong will, relentless motor, and everlasting love for the game, ultimately sets me apart from others.
