While I enjoy many different sports, I am most passionate about the sport of basketball. Playing basketball energizes me and is extremely important to me. I find teamwork very important and value the support and encouragement from my teammates as we strive for a common goal. I think it is critical for a team to support each other while pushing and striving for improvement.
I am always looking for opportunities to improve my skills and abilities. I have been told that I am very coachable. I use every interaction with a coach as an opportunity to learn and improve. I am able to stay calm and focused during games, even under pressure. I am looking for an opportunity to continue improving my basketball skills and game play.
In college, I am excited to continue my education in an environment that encourages personal growth. I am open to finding and exploring different opportunities and trying new things. I look forward to meeting new people, being in a new environment and learning new things. I am looking for a college with an active student population that is involved in campus life including athletics, academics, social gatherings and the community.
