Hello my name is Emme Eisenman and I am a junior basketball player in Davis, California. I started playing basketball back when I was very little and joined a boys AAU team when I was only 10 years old. Our city didn’t have a strong girls basketball AAU team. When I turned 11, I found an AAU coach that started a new program and I’ve been playing with him ever since. At a very young age I also loved outdoor sports like snowboarding, skateboarding and I competitively scootered for sponsors. I led my high school team to two straight playoff appearances and led my team in scoring and was in Top 10 in Delta League for average (11 ppg), field goals, free throws, assists and steals. I made first team All Delta League and the SacBee All County team.
My goal for collegiate level basketball is to be a leader on and off the court and to be successful as an individual to help push my team to success. My aspiration in college is to become an environmental scientist to help save our planet. For basketball, I thrive on playing tough defense and not being afraid to drive to the basket. I've learned how to remain composed in times of adversity and to pick up the energy on the court when the team is down. I love to put the team on my back to push for a win. I am very passionate about doing well in school and I am very hard working. Even if mistakes happen, I always strive to do my best in basketball and academics because I believe hard work will help you become successful.
