Caroline Burke '21 Recruiting Profile

Basketball has taught me how to handle myself under pressure, keep my mind focused on a specific task without letting everyday life get in the way, and has enhanced my work ethic and my time management.  I became interested in basketball when I was six and joined a recreation league.  I wanted to play like my sisters who went to state playoffs on a division five high school basketball team.  I’ve had a love for the game ever since and have been strengthening my ball handling and shooting to become a well-rounded point guard. Although my defense is where I truly shine.

I am looking for a college that will be able to provide a nursing program, where I want to get my BSN and become a Labor and Delivery nurse. 

My last team recently placed second in our tournament and I have received an MVP award.  I am now playing for Foothills Christian High School, a division three team.  With past accomplishments and an upcoming season that will help me improve, I know I can be a capable asset to your team!
