Good evening,
I am Setsianna Kraynak, class of 2025, and I have a passion for basketball. My goal is to continue my career in basketball throughout college and graduate with a bachelor's degree in sports management or kinesiology.
I've been on my high school's varsity team my whole high school career as a point guard and small forward. What sets me apart from others is that I am a team player who is dedicated and committed every sport I play. I am very versatile, and I can learn plays quickly. I also have very good work ethic and great court vision. I keep myself conditioned by going for weekly runs and always attending practice early to put shots up.
As a player, my team has gone from being really bad to being really good. My freshman year we won 1 game, sophomore year we took 3rd in league, and last year we took 2nd in league. As my team continues to work hard, I help push my teammates to do better and teach them to stay humble and never underestimate an opponent.
Academically, I am always on top of my grades, maintaining at least a 3.8 GPA. I am a scholar athlete and I believe every athlete should be good on and off the court academically. Thank you for taking your time to read this personal statement and enjoy your day!
