Simone Johnson '21 Recruiting Profile

I am an incoming freshmen at West Campus High School, in Sacramento,  CA.  I have been invited to play varsity by Head Coach John Langston.  My position will be PG/SG.  In addition to summer workouts.  I play club ball for JBS 8th I,  under Coach Sean Chambers.  I have been a starter all 3 years.

Besides team practice I workout one on one with Coach Victor Nance, working on ball handling,  shooting, and finishing.  I also workout on my own at the local YMCA,  putting up a minimum of 100 shots per hour. 

As a student athlete I was on honor roll for two years.  I was awarded Student Athlete Of The Year for 2016-2017 school year.  I held a student government office and was active in my Leadership elective.  

I know that if I continue to excel in the classroom and continue to grow as a player i will be given the opportunity to play at the college level.
