NOV 2021: My SR year at Pitman High Starts 11/22 with our first pre-season game. I finished #3 in Scoring *11.1ppg) and #2 in 3 Pt shooting (2.0 per game over 9 games played) for the Central California Athletic League (Div 1). I was told I would have been 1st Team All-League for last season but with only 10 games the league did not select. I hope to be and will work hard to be selected First Team All-League for 2021/2022 season.
I have been playing Basketball (the only sport) since 5th Grade. I play all year round and have worked with Private trainers (Shooting, Strength, All around game) since 8th grade. I want to play in College as I continue my education and looking for a program that is interested in a Shooting Guard who hits the 3, takes it to the rim and has a good mid-range jumper. I love assists and hitting the open man. I'm Co-Captain again this year (2021-2022) and a Team Leader. The team comes first, I want to help my team win in any way I can. I want to keep learning and improving my basketball IQ and overall game.
MAY 2021 UPDATE: I have been promoted from the West Coast Elite NorCal 17U Regional Team to the National Team. My Pitman High School team is now 4-1,
WEST COAST ELITE NORCAL 17U NATIONAL TEAM: I have played most of 2021 with West Coast Elite in SoCal, Roseville, Seattle, Pennsylvania, competing in the National Teams Top Level of competition. I will also play in the W.C.E Top 100 Sessions in Seattle and SoCal and have videotape coming of my most recent Top 100 in SoCal in July 2021. NOTE: I made the Top at the WCE Elite Camp where 200+ players entered.
(2020) Hoop Review Girls Evaluation/Workout- Saturday, August 8, 2020 Here is a look at the players who participated in the Hoop Review Girls Evaluation/Workout program at Slam Academy in Hayward Saturday, August 8 Scouting Reports By Stacey Harris Court Vision Access
#13 Abbie Di Grazia - Pitman - (2022) Perimeter catch and shoot type moves well without the ball and is very effective in pic n pop sets and can really knock down the three-ball. She runs to fill the wings and corners in transition. She can hold her own on defense with her long arms and court awareness.
I was asked to play with the West Coast Elite NorCal 16UA Team. We just completed a 3 day tournament in Phoenix (Oct 16-18) and head out next week (10/29-30-31) in St. George, Utah.
I also play on the HOOPMATRIX AAU 17U Team and we play local tournaments around NorCal and the Central Valley.
Strengths from Elite 100 Player Performance Evaluations
An incredible passer at the guard position sees the court in a unique way and is excellent at finding open cutters and players in the paint. Especially skilled at passing on out of bound's plays.
A player with great fundamentals does all of the little things right. She boxes out, communicates on defense, is always in a proper stance when guarding the ball, and limits her turnovers, a cerebral player
Always plays her own game, very rarely forces shots but is aggressive when she is open, an efficient player from all areas on the court with nice and smooth jumper when she has time to set it up, will do damage when left open
