Personal Statement
Basketball has always invoked passion in me, and I want to further my abilities and knowledge of the game as much as possible. I am a defense lover, but also have a strong ability to drive. Throughout high school, I have played almost every position, and am very adaptable.
I always strive to be a great teammate, strong leader, and hardest working player on the court. I am extremely coachable and have a high basketball IQ.
In the last four years, I have faced some struggles but have worked hard to bring up my GPA and continue to push myself academically by enrolling in AP/College classes, as well as staying involved in the community through volunteer work. I hope to go to college where I can push myself and continue to learn in a close-knit environment. I hope to inspire the people around me, and leave behind a legacy.
