I have been playing basketball since I was seven years old. Ever since I began, I strived to reach the next level. Now that I am playing in highschool, I am looking to advance to the college level, which has always been a dream.
Starting as a young girl, I have always been a hard working, team player. As the years went on, I have developed into a great leader on and off the court as well as a very coachable athlete. Always being a point guard, I have a very high basketball IQ which includes understanding the mental aspects of the game.
In the classroom, I work hard to maintain a high GPA while being a member of the National Science Honor Society. This extra curricular requires many hours of volunteer work where I tutor other students in any science class and clean up local areas such as parks and schools.
My goal is to enroll in a college where I am tested both academically and athletically. While finding the best match for me, I intend to compete at the highest level possible. I hope to take my years of experience, hard work and dedication to the collegiate level.
