Since I could remember, I watched my sister play basketball throughout high school and college. I always knew basketball was out there, but until I was 11, I thought that dance was the sport for me. After that, I decided to quit dance and focus on softball and basketball. That was easily one of the best choices I ever made. When freshmen year came around, I decided to quit softball and focus solely on basketball. My passion was not meant to be on the stage or on the diamond, it was meant for the court. And ever since then, the court has been my happy place. I have been able to get my best and worst moments out there, playing my heart out every single minute. Once I leave the court, I think about the next time I can go out there, and perfect the game I love more than anything. The best of me is on the court, and it has made me the person I am today.
