Shaniya Adkins '14 Recruiting Profile

Well starting off, my name is Shaniya Adkins and this upcoming year I will be playing for Milford Senior High School in Milford Delaware. Currently I am 5'5 and 125lbs. Basketball is the sport I dominate most in and I am  a shooting guard and am working to be a pointguard. One of my most important accomplishments was helping my team win a championship in 2010 and being honored as MVP. Even though I didnt hold the "Captian" title for our team, I still demostrated those qualities. Like anyone though, every lost game is disappointing, but with a positive attitude in our next practice our next game was a success. I also demostrate hard work while in practice and off the gym floor. Academics is my first priority though. Education is everything, and sports is another success door. I am looking for a college that not only has a good team and coach, but is also rich in education. To me, any college is just as good if they share those qualites.
