My goal after high school is to go to college and get a bachelors degree in Criminal Justice or Law Enforcement. I’m striving to get a full ride scholarship into a good academic college off of my education and basketball career. I started on the varsity basketball team as a freshman, accomplished 2nd team all conference and offensive player of the year. My passion for basketball has changed my life over the years, it has created good habits and has helped me focus on my education. I love the game of basketball but I also understand that my education comes first.
Additionally, I think that being a leader on and off the court is very important. Helping your team succeed in the game and in real life is something that I value. Being on a team is like being a member of a family... your always honest, help each other, pick each other up when they are down and most of all keeping a positive attitude. The game of basketball has taught me self discipline, time management, organization, leadership and the purpose of education.
