My name is Aniyah Jones I am a sophomore at East Georgia State College. I transferred here from Barton college due to injury. I’m interested in an opportunity to play for your school.
Some more information about me, I am 5’9 and I play small forward, but I have been moved to a point guard position or a power forward when needed. My current GPA is a 3.75.
In my freshman season at Barton, I was known as one of the best on ball defenders on my team and I started 9 games in the latter part of the season. I also averaged 13 minutes a game. That season we went on to win the conference Carolinas championship.
I had to redshirt for my sophomore season due to an ACL injury, which in turn led to my transfer to EGSC. I’m 4 months cleared now after a year of rehab.
Currently At east Georgia I've been working my way back to the player I was, and I am making great progress. Below are some of my highlights from this season, and my freshman season at Barton.
I’m extremely coachable, and a very hard worker. I pray you see me as an asset to your program, because I know I would be.
