Truth Wimberly '24 Recruiting Profile

I am a TRUE point guard aka floor general. I have a very high IQ for court awareness. I am a facilitator. I am a leader. But I also have the ability to score. I feel these qualities make me a stand out point guard. I was honored with the MOST Assist in Pelham High School History. I was #17 in the nation in assist 2022-2023. I was awarded with Best Offensive Player of the Region 2022-2023. For 2023-2024, I averaged 14.1 PPG 2023-2024 (2nd leading scorer), while being the #1 rebounder, #1 in assist, #1 in steals, and shared #1 position in blocks on my team. I ranked #10 in the state of Georgia in Assist and 140 Nationally. This proves I am a team player. I attended Point Guard College at Emory University as a solo player 2022-2023.  I am the hidden gem that will flourish into a diamond if given a chance. I will be a game changer for the team that believes in me. So I welcome the opportunity to showcase my skills for a team. I love basketball. But I also realize this is a job. And  if given the opportunity to perform on the collegiate level, I am ready to work. I have a 3.9 GPA and I am in dual enrollment. My academics are important and come first over everything. So I hope that I am given the opportunity to showcase my skills and go to work.
