It all started when I was about seven years old. My father had a league for basketball, and because he grew up playing basketball, he introduced me and my older brother, and we both ended up loving this sport. What I have learned about myself through playing basketball is that not everything will go my way, but if I am determined to get what I want, I tend to push myself and others. My academic goal for high school and college is to get a 3.5 or higher GPA. The only obstacle that I had to overcome was my school work. School work should always come first, but because I love basketball so much, this sport would always come first for me. My unique characteristics is that I like to take charge of things, and I’m focused on getting things done.
