I have always been passionate about being the best. Being the best is not something that is given it must be earned through hard work and determination. You may have heard of the saying "practice makes perfect" but in my household I grew up using the saying "practice makes better". You can never be satisfied with yourself, you must always be willing to get better. From my years playing basketball, I have learned that everyone makes mistakes, no one is perfect. I must be patient with myself when mistakes are made or if I am struggling with a skill. I am a great candidate for your team because I have great work-ethic and I am a diligent worker. I will not go down without a fight. Alongside from athletics, I take academics just as serious. Growing up I have always been on honor roll, I am also enrolled in higher level classes such as honor and AP. In school, I take part in leadership groups and other clubs due to my outgoing character. I am looking for a program that will be a good fit for me athletically but also academically.
