Ella Armstrong '22 Recruiting Profile

My love of basketball began in first grade when I began playing rec ball with other students my age.  Rec ball wasn't enough to satisfy my love of the game so I began playing travel basketball and have not stopped since.  My dedication to this sport has allowed me to improve my skills, make a new sport family and travel to many places.  I was raised in a small community and feel my values will benefit other players and coaches.  I continue to set goals for myself not only in basketball but in life.  This helps me strive to get better physically and mentally.  Basketball has helped me build confidence and strength in daily life along with my studies.  The same dedication I have for basketball is generalized to my school work.  I take pride in succeeding on and off the court and plan to continue my accomplishments in college by completing coursework for athletic training or physical therapy.
