Ever since I was little, playing college basketball has been my dream. I have always wanted to play in front of big crowds and make my family proud. I’ve always had a passion for the game, not only playing but watching basketball as well. Since I can remember, I have been told, “If you want something, you have to work for it.” That statement has been one of my biggest motivations. I know I must give 100% in everything that I do. On the court, every practice, and every game. Off the court, every assignment, quiz, test, work or anything else I do. I believe I would do well playing college basketball because I have the drive that most players don't have. I am committed 100% to doing what it takes to reach my goals. I am willing to push myself past the limits to get better and help my team. Everything my parents, teachers and coaches have told me to do, and the advice they have given me, I try to apply to my life on and off the court. Outside of basketball, I have participated in community activities and clubs for my school. I have always been a team player because I feel like my team is family. I work hard in the classroom as well. I have always given my all in school.
