Hello! My name is Mikayla Miller. I am 5’8”, 135lbs. Though I may not be the biggest, what I lack in size, I make up for in strength. I Deadlift: 255; Bench: 115; Back squat: 175; Front squat: 165; Clean: 145; Push press: 120. I have a 3.4 GPA. I understand that I'm a student first. All four years of high school I have played Varsity basketball and soccer. I was captain for both sports, both Junior and Senior years. I have the ability to take constructive criticism and use it to better myself as a student, player, teammate, and person. I was nominated for North/South and East/West All Star games for basketball 2019-20. I continued my AAU basketball through high school as well, except for it being cancelled this year because of COVID. I've enjoyed growing to be more competitive and working my way up to each level of basketball. I love the excitement of the crowds and watching the little kids that I have officiated games for, cheering for me as I play. There is nothing like a proud hometown crowd! I would love the chance to expand that to a college!
Here is a little bit about my life outside of basketball and school. I love being around my family and friends. In my spare time, if I'm not with them I like to, sing and dance, make food, paint or draw, and I'm currently teaching myself how to play keyboard. I love music of pretty much all genres. I also enjoy fashion and having mini photoshoots with my friends for fun. Thank you for taking the time to read my profile.
