Personal Statement

My name is Macy Sexton and I will be a 2024 graduate. I have played golf and basketball since I was 5. Even though I have played golf for just as long my heart has always loved basketball more and that's where I put all my extra time. I have played travel basketball since 5th grade and I have also trained at the Evansville Basketball Academy since the 5th grade. I am a very dedicated athlete, and put in lots of extra time and work. I also maintain a 4.0 GPA with honors & college classes at my high school. Currently I am ranked 1 out of 167 in my class. Academics are just as important to me as basketball. I would love to continue to play basketball in college but, I would also like to attend a college that will challenge me academically.
