    As a student athlete, my goals are to take the knowledge I was given over the years and to apply it on and off the court, whether it be for my studies, practices, or games. I'd be a good candidate and a valuable asset to your team because I'm a very dedicated and competitive player. Although I'm very competitive, I also show good sportsmanship regardless of the outcome of a game. When players are down, I can keep a level head and encourage them to continue to play hard. I've shown leadership in ways not every recruit has by joining student council as the class president and being a voice for the students. My unwavering 4.0 GPA is a testament to my hard work and dedication. As your player, I will never fail to push myself harder, and strive to succeed as a team.
