My goal and aspiration is to play Division 1 basketball. I told my dad as a second grader that I wanted to play basketball at Kansas State University. My dad told me that was a big dream and I would have to work very hard. He has been encouraging me, but not pushing me, to develop my talents.
I would be a good candidate for a college basketball team for several reasons. I have a great attitude, am coach-able and follow directions well. I also have worked very hard to develop my abilities and will continue to work hard in college.
I am dedicated, honest and am a diligent worker. I attend a high school that is very difficult academically. I have developed very good study habits and am accustomed to collegiate style classes, study and difficulty.
