(Ranked #83 Overall in the Kentucky Class of 2027)
Hi, I'm Zoë, a 2027 SF from Charlestown, IN. I started playing basketball in the 4th grade, and shortly after, I realized that basketball was something I wanted to do with my life. My biggest goals are to play college ball and continue being involved with what interests me, which is medicine. Outside of basketball, I like reading, playing the saxophone, and building Legos!
I am a fairly serious person who loves to work hard and have a good time. I am a straight-A student, a member of the Black Student Union, a co-editor for my school paper, and a hospital intern, and possess a 3.98 Unweighted GPA on top of it all. I pride myself in hard work, and not just in sports. I believe that balance is best, and I must put in equal effort in everything to succeed. I take my education very seriously, and at the end of the day, that is what I will base my college decision on.
I have experience and training in all 5 positions. l know the struggles and thought processes of the other players and positions on the court, allowing me to make good decisions for both my team and myself. Not only can I make good decisions on the court, but I am also a defensive-minded player, I am someone who thrives on offense but thrives even more on defense. I possess a strong ability to guard all five positions. I'm a player who always brings great energy; commanding, explaining, working, hustling, and doing everything I can to help my teammates and me develop and get a win. I am what my coaches call a "coach on the court", as my understanding of the game, my EQ and IQ, my natural leadership ability, and my personality allow me to be a team player and help my team in ways that aren't just stats. I can knock down shots efficiently and accurately, especially from the midrange, where I am lethal for opponents.
