Jaelyn Taylor '22 Recruiting Profile

I would have to say that one of my best memories playing basketball so far is seeing our school and team get better this year. I feel that our hard work is paying off and will get us to one of our goals at going to State. Our team had a 13-17 record last year which may not seem great to some but to me and the team it was great to see us carry one of the highest winning records. That alone makes me love the game and the team I am playing with.

I also really enjoyed when my AAU team won a National Title in Pensacola, Florida and we brought home that championship ring.  These memories and accomplishments make basketball worth all the hard work and dedication it takes to play the sport. It has taught me that I can play multiple sports like Tennis and how to help manage my time. Since I started playing in Kindergarten I can truly say it shapes you into becoming a well rounded adult.
