My name is Grace Hamblin and my number is 32. I am a Freshman 5'11 center on St. Mary's Dominican High School Varsity Basketball team. I played club ball at Lakeshore Playground in Metairie, and from there I was selected to play All-Stars for three consecutive years. After I played All-Stars, I was then invited to try out for the All-Parish JPRD Eastbank. I played on JPRD Eastbank for 3 years. My two main interests in college study are medicine and business. What makes me a good candidate for your team is that I do not give up even if we are down by a few points, and I am a team player. I would not have the success I have today without my team feeding me the ball on the inside. What makes me different from other players is that I am an enthusiastic, hard-working, student-athlete that can handle sports and academics.
