The moment I picked up a basketball at 6 years old, I knew I wanted to play for the rest of my life. I'm a dedicated ball player and I work well with others. I have a tangible passion for the game of basketball, and I push myself to be better every game and practice. I've made Varsity each year for each sport I play (soccer, basketball, and softball) my entire high school career, and I'm a starter. My grades are exceptional, I'm taking the highest possible courses including AP classes. I made High Honor Roll every quarter during freshman year, and I've been Student of the Month. I also enrolled in a science competition with 3 other students, and we won first in Maine. We invented a merry-go-round that produces energy, and it was built in our town of Belfast, Maine the summer of 2017. I'll work harder than anyone else and I work well under pressure. I'm also a strong, positive influence on team members and I am always able to keep my team from hanging their heads. I have an incredibly unique form for shooting as well that may make coaches turn their heads, but it keeps me different from the rest and goes in almost all of the time. Finally, I have a zeal for the game of basketball that will never quit no matter what, and it leaves me playing my hardest until the buzzer goes off.
