Chanta McNeill '22 Recruiting Profile

Hi coaches my name is Chanta McNeill. I'm a PG/SG and I am part of the 2022 graduating class, I am interested play basketball in college.  A little bit about me. I am a senior at Westlake high school in Waldorf, Md. I GPA is 3.5, my future major will be criminal justice mainly focusing on criminology or forensics. At Westlake I played girls basketball, competitive cheer, and I ran track. I've been playing basketball since the 6th grade. When I played in AAU or on a school team I won top defender. In the 2018-19 as a freshman, I was apart of the 4x1 relay team that won states. Also in the 2018- 19  I played point guard on varsity as a freshman, I started half the season and in the 2019-20 year as a sophomore on varsity I started the whole season and we won regionals. We made it to the final four before Covid-19 came. We did have a season in 2020-2021. In 2021-2022 primarily played SG and averaged 16pts. In 2022 I help lead our team to our consecutive regional title. Our season ended in the state Qtr finals.
