Sports have always given me great motivation in life and school. I have been playing basketball since 5th grade. Because I have been playing for so long, I have developed excellent leadership and communication skills. I was a captain on my first JV team and was able to help my team make great progress. I play point guard and power forward. I am very well up top on defense; I work very hard on my defensive skill. When I first started basketball, the defense was my greatest weakness, but I have been able to turn that around in a short time and make it one of my best strengths. I want to keep working hard to achieve my goals in basketball.
