Basketball is a big part of my life. I have been influenced by experiences, coaches, and teammates, and I have memories that I will carry with me forever. Basketball has helped me overcome obstacles and taught me self-confidence, determination, how to step out of my comfort zone, how to overcome setbacks, and hard work. I would like to continue to play basketball in college because of what it has taught me and how it has helped me. I want to continue to grow academically and athletically in college, and I believe with my work ethic on and off the court, I can achieve my academic and athletic goals.
