Personal Statement
As a sophomore, I would like to start off by saying the game of basketball has taught me a lot of things throughout the years. But if basketball has taught me one thing it is to rise above all adversity no matter what is thrown your way. My dad has always told me to focus on what you personally can control which is your effort and attitude. From then on every time I touch the floor I strive to focus on what is in my control as a player. I love the game and would jump at any opportunity to play at the next level.
