My goal is to attend a university where I can complete a nursing degree, along with playing at a collegiate level. My desire is to challenge myself both physically and mentally, while contributing to the team's success. Having the experience of being a team captain as early as 8th grade, I have learned and grown at a younger age what it takes to be the leader my team needs, and the expectations I maintain while playing sports. Academically holding a 4.0 each semester of my first two years of High School, has been a huge priority for me and what I desire to carry on throughout my years at college. I understand the work rate I need to maintain to achieve those results. Playing 4 High School sports while keeping up with a 4.0 grade point has better equipped me in all areas of my life. When I'm not competing or in school some things I enjoy and take part in are hanging with family and friends, going to church, teaching 2nd grade Sunday school, and working a part time job.
