I feel as though I'm a good candidate for college coaches and recruiters to be looking into. I have been playing basketball since I was in 5th grade, and have really grown a love for the sport over the past 4-5 years. If I'm not on the court with my friends or trying to better myself, that's what I'm thinking about doing. I played on the JV team my freshman year and half of my sophomore year before I was moved up to Varsity. I've been one of the starting 5 since my Junior season, where I am also one of the captains on the team. I am committed to watching game film, and wanting to improve my game. I would say that I am very coachable and I will apply what is being taught to me because I want people to know that I care about the team. I am currently taking 3 college courses through dual enrollment at Montcalm Community College, and have been since the beginning of my Junior year. Once I graduate high school I will have 32 college credits. I am devoted to keeping good grades, and want to help others improve as well. I am currently a member of NHS and have been included on the honor roll as well.
