 My collegiate goals are to be part of a team where my abilities are needed, and where I can successfully fulfill my role and have fun playing with people who will make me better. I started playing basketball when I was five years old, and it instantly became my favorite thing to do. Every year I have so much fun learning from my coaches and seeing myself and my teammates improve. Some of my favorite aspects of basketball include the strong relationships formed with my teammates and coaches, and the opportunity to get better and learn something new every day. When it comes to games, I use my speed to attack on the dribble and my court vision to find the open player. I'm able to score from anywhere, whether I'm driving into the paint or shooting from the outside. I'm energetic and able to create scoring opportunities for myself and for my teammates. I take pride in being tenacious defensively. I really enjoy being a leader for my teammates on and off the court, and I'm in the gym or shooting at a basket every day during the off season. My grades and schoolwork are just as important as my athletics. I'm willing to be challenged academically, and I always try my best to learn as much as possible.
